Trust and Identity recognised as critical national infrastructure for NCRIS
The AAF welcomes the recent announcement by the Department of Education for new funding to continue to implement a system-wide capability for Trust and Identity for Australian research.
We are thrilled that Trust and Identity has been recognised as critical national infrastructure through the NCRIS 2023 round.
The Trust and Identity capability will deliver a consistent approach for a nationally connected research ecosystem, and help deliver benefits that include enhanced collaboration, industry connection and global impact.
“A Trust and Identity capability is crucial to support Australia’s national research infrastructure. It will continue to ensure Australia is globally aligned and researchers are enabled to deliver impact” says CEO Heath Marks.
